Since even before most people have known about eBay, I have been on it and seen lots of changes. And yet through all these changes what I do or the amount I make hasn’t been affected. In fact, the amount I make has only continued to increase over these years. It was in 1997 that I signed up and began buying and by 1998 I was selling full time. This was a time when eBay had yet to become common language and prior to anyone realizing the possibility of making a living there. Eleven years, in the real world and online both, is a long time and in that time you can imagine the changes I’ve seen eBay go through.
And yet, the changes made on eBay are not really what it’s about. It is about the consistency as being a seller. This means knowing what items to list, where to find those items and how to properly list the items.
It isn’t a matter of just finding the things that have value, but about repeating the process over and over again to maximize the most profit from each item. More new changes eBay keep appearing with fee increases and policy changes- and yet my earnings have only gone up. This is because I know how to list in the best possible way for maximum dollars.

Being aware that something has a value is only one thing, having the knowledge to get the absolute maximum profit out of the item is far more important.
Believe me when I say this is something that I know first hand. Even I had a time when getting profit was a struggle. It was the beginning and disasters were followed by more disasters which were followed by miscalculations and so on. But suddenly victories, great victories, began to happen. Since this was to be my main source of income, keeping in the game and being focused was crucial. I discovered strategies and techniques that worked over and over again. I was laughing at how easy it was. But this took time for me to develop, and after countless trials I perfected it into a foolproof system and a money maker like nothing before.
Now, perhaps I should have said this first. You see, I am one lazy guy. Working is not something I like, and it actually is even dangerous to my health. It is how I got to be here.
I was born with Cystic Fibrosis, a lung disease that should have killed me. Doctors told my parents not to expect me to live past the age of seven (Yikes). Full time work was not an option, at least not without frequent and long visits to the hospital. So when you can’t pay the bills since you can’t work the hours and the option of living with Mom for the rest of your life was well, not an option. I panicked.
I began to sell everything in my apartment after my roommate moved out. And I do mean everything. Here was a surprise- things I thought would be worth money were worthless. Then, the things I just about threw into the garbage brought me more many than I imagined. Maybe not something crazy like thousands of dollars, but it added up very nicely. I noticed a pattern after a while with these items and found that they were available everywhere. People were just passing them up constantly. In everyday placesoften even in their own home, directly beneath their noses.
How great is this. It took very little time for me to find these items, purchase them, and list these items while getting a steady and consistent profit from the start.
This is something I have kept as a secret for years. Both family and friends have always been pushing me to say what I do and how exactly I do it. They’ve always wanted to know how a lazy guy like me is able to make money and treat every day like a Saturday.
I’ve been holding on to my incredible method for years, but no matter where I go (even right where here where I live) there simply is too much stuff. There is simply too much of it out there for me to do it alone. Although I wish I could.

Every single day I sell online, and the trend or economy doesn’t matter. Without hassle, I am always profitable. As I look around here and there, I see other experienced sellers who are making many of the mistakes I once made- it makes me cringe. They don’t even know they could make so much more money without any of the hassle they have inadvertently created.
Making an extra income on eBay is easy because anyone can do it. You get do to dot on your own time, too, which is the best part. Relax on the sofa, make up whatever hours you want, and earn and income all the while. If you sit back and follow the proven steps you can earn extra money while you sleep.
Ebay is still the easiest, fastest, low risk way to make extra money in spite of all the changes and even the economy.
